Golden Rules For COVID - 19 Safety : (1) Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub as it kills virus if present on your hands (2) Maintain physical distance at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and others because virus can transmitted from person to person (3) Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth while in pubic or at work because these are the entry routes of virus to your respiratory system
